Description
From quick testing the sugar-toolkit/timestamp_to_elapsed_string method does pick up the correct locale but then the gettext.dngettext call does not seem to return the right translation.
This is in sugar head.

We already have the Journal strings in the sugar PO file. I'll check what's up.

Hmm, I would say that we would need to move the strings in the journal .pot to the shell. So there would be no bug.
