No provision for dealing with large SD cards from Cameras

Description
If a SD card from a camera is full of pictures, it will completely fill the journal, disable XO functioning, and create a situation from which it is pretty difficult to recover.
Need to check free space and gracefully refuse to go there.

Tested in sugar 0.98, the jopurnal can deal with a 8GB SD with lot of files ok.

In Version 8, added check for adding pictures such that less than 50Meg would be left on XO. If so then user is asked to multiple select pictures such that at least 50Meg is still available after operation.
Still needs testing, since I don't have camera with large SD.
