Description
Browse should set the mozilla setting intl.accept_languages automatically based on the locale. This makes certain websites show text in the local language rather than in english.
This will help a lot in paraguay. The gmail login page seems to always display in english which the teachers do not understand, but when manually changing intl.accept_languages to "es-py, es" then it comes up in spanish.

I posted a patch which works, but maybe it should be done in hulahop instead. (for immediate-deployment purposes, it's easier for us to hack the activity)
