No means of selecting between local and jabber servers

Description

When connected to a jabber server, there is no way to manually force Sugar to choose between either the local or jabber servers. Some sort of check box which could enable or disable the jabber server would be helpful.

For example - if a group of students wanted to work together locally in a classroom, then at home they wanted to connect to the jabber server, it would be simpler for them to have some sort of toggle between the two server types rather then needing to re-type in the server name every time they wanted to connect.
