Adding a photo increases a lot the scrolled window

Description
Steps to reproduce this:
- Open FotoToon
- Insert a photo / image
Issue:
The scroll bar (at the rigth) is very short and give us the ability to scroll over blank space.
Expected behavior:
Just scroll if it's needed (when we have an huge image)
Environment:
- jhbuild - Fedora 16
- git version of FotoToon
