Incomplete display of jabber.sugarlabs.org Neighborhood

Observed on an XO-1 with OLPC os23.

Shared Activities, access points, but no Learners are visible in jabber.sugarlabs.org Neighborhood.

Noticing this with the otherwise crowded Neighborhood visible in a standard Fedora-15 Sugar environment.

See the attached Neighborhood screenshot.

This may well be a side-effect of too much error processing as the shell.log is very busy collecting bug food.

In fact, the Neighborhood view now shows only the access points.

I don't see presence-service or telepathy log files, but
from /var/log/messages

Investigation results and some fixes on  http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/2355#comment:18

Eventually, in homogeneous environment (with only 0.88 sugar and sugar from mentioned in #2355 patches), it behaves smoothly (but it wasn't tested on hight traffic).

jabber.sl.o stared working in more regular way. Can you reproduce issues using either 0.88 or 0.94+ sugars?
