Can't zoom Help activity, it has no View menu

Description
I'm running OLPC's build os852 (10.1.2 that incorporates Sugar 0.84.16) on an XO-1.
Help v.11 does not have a View menu, so I can't zoom in and out. The default text size is pretty small. And the keyboard accelerators Ctrl-+/- don't work either.
It seems the fix would be to copy the View menu from Browse.activity/viewtoolbar.py and Ctrl-+/- from Browse.activity/webactivity.py.
The workaround is to view the Help activity's HTML in Browse. Its starting URL is file:///home/olpc/Activities/Help.activity/XO_Introduction.html . (Rainbow security may prevent Browse accessing this, I can't remember if I made changes.)
Note that Help doesn't adapt its layout properly when you resize and rotate, because http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/8513 is still present, two years after I provided the 4-line CSS fix :-(
