In my personal repo I have some patches that implemented activity bundle uploads:

Remora is transitioning to a new set of developer tools and I only modified those, leaving the old ones alone. So when you log in, you need to tell it to use the new development tools.

Merged those patches. Just tested that user creation and bundle upload work, be sure to use the new developer tools to do so.

User creation works. Some warnings, but it works. I need to figure out how uploads work though :)
