Description
Following in the footsteps of the OLPC XO design, some effort should be made to make the SOAS distrobution as power efficient as possible.
This might be through such things (for example) as ensuring powertop is installed and configured.

I'd consider this an upstream distribution issue. If there are problems in Sugar (like excessive wakeups) they should be reported here, in the sugar component.
