View Source: very difficult to tap on an arrow to unfold the folders tree

Description
The arrow is too small. If possible, we should aim to make the whole row unfold/collapse the tree.
Same issue in Read: #4197

I can tap on the arrows in view source view in OLPC 13.1.0 os30, although I should note it really doesn't matter what you tap as long as you tap somewhere in the row you wish to expand/collapse (including said row's text label and the whitespace around it).

Ok, I would say nice to have, but not too important. It is working, atm, but could be better.
