Brush tool makes the line to flap

Description

Steps to reproduce it:

  1. Open Paint (Gtk3 version)
  2. Select the Brush tool
  3. Draw something long, holding the left click for some seconds

Issue:

After some seconds the line starts to flap

Expected behaviour:

This "flapping" shouldn't be there.
