TamTamMini doesn't update display when scrolling with keyboard

Description
Reported by the NZ testing group: scrolling the instruments with the keyboard (e.g. arrow keys) does not update the scroll bar position on the screen. This means that you can use the keyboard to select instruments that aren't visible.
Reproduced by me on TamTamMini-63.
