When loading page the url entry is not updated directly

Description

Steps to reproduce:

- open Browse and type in an url (e.g. sugarlabs.org)

- hit enter

- for a short moment while the progress bar starts to increment the old page information is displayed in the url entry

When a new URL is entered into the bar in 12.1.0 os10/Browse-137 "Loading..." (or the translated equivalent) is immediately displayed before any progress information appears.
