Scratch does not shutdown camera if ESC pressed in Camera window

Description
- Start Scratch.
- Go to the Costumes tab.
- Press the "Camera" button to open the camera window.
- Press "ESC".
The camera window will close but leave the camera running on an XO (camera active LED on). A user reopening the camera dialog will see a black picture, but has to press "Done" in said dialog to shutdown the camera properly so it can be used again.
Seen in OLPC os 11.3.1 os884 on XO-1.75/Scratch 1.4 (XO {v16 in dialog; v20 in activity.info file}).
