copy to/from Journal sets read only

Steps to reproduce:

- insert an external device

- copy a file on that device to the Journal

- copy it back to the external device

---> a new file will be created named <name>_1 and the permissions are read only

I checked and reverted the commit  http://git.sugarlabs.org/sugar-datastore/mainline/commit/a7644fcca13db182cd44378ac1402f17c023e601 and indeed, the regression was introduced by that change. Sascha can you adjust your change?
