FotoToon: Title functionality is not clear

Fototoon have a empty first box at top, to enable the children to add t5itle, author andother data, but is not clear to the users the intention.

May be we can add a default rectangle, with a text "Title" and change the text when the user modify the title in the activity.

Setting component to ActivityTeam as we don't have one for FotoToon yet. Gonzalo, would you mind me creating a FotoToon component with yourself as the owner?

I don't know how to create a component, but would be great.

There are a lot of activities without component: Distance, Finance, Fototoon, GetBooks, Implode, Ruler, StopWatch, and Wikipedia.

These activities are included in OLPC and dextrose image by default.

I have added the Fototoon component as we have a highly active developer working on it.

A rectangle globe for the title is added in the new instances, this globe can't be removed.

I have not implemented, changing the activity title from the globe and back, because probably will be confusing. I want see how this works for the users.
