Description
No Browse scrollbar on initial visit to mailman archive listing.
Problem observed in Soas-200901301941.iso and Soas-200901301336.iso
Steps to reproduce:
- visit http://lists.sugarlabs.org/archive/sugar-devel/
- click one of the [date] links
! notice no scrollbar
- click 'Back' button
- then click 'Forward' button before anything else
! notice no scrollbar
- click 'Back' button again
- now click the same [date] link as in second step above
! notice that the scrollbar is now present
This sequence can be repeated on other list archives.
This is not a problem with Firefox in Ubuntu Ibis.
This is not a problem in Browse on the XO with Build 767.

Thomaswamm reported a workaround that seems to work: shift to view tab and click the '+' zoom in button and the scrollbar appears.
