Record cannot record Audio when no camera is present

1. Start the Record activity on a system with no camera attached (such as an XO booted with a serial cable plugged in).
2. Note that only "Audio" recording is available, and the video display area is simply light gray (perhaps it should be test/graphic?).
3. Attempt to record a short audio clip. Press the record button to stop the recording.

Expected: We can record audio without video support present, as the activity seems to know it can only record audio (no Picture or Video tabs are present).

Actual: The Record activity clicks to acknowledge the stop, but then infinitely spins its busy cursor waiting for something.

Seen in OLPC 11.2.0 os13 with Record 89.

Fixed in v90. The interface without camera is not perfect, but is now usable at least.
