Quit the activity, show source in browse & show source OS, Shortcuts (keyboard) are not functioning

ctrl+escape - quit the activity
ctrl+u - show source (can be tested in browse)
fn+space - show source
Keyboard Shortcuts are not functioning
Step to recreate the defect:
ctrl+escape - quit the activity
1. Power on OLPC
2. Wait for the activity ring (Desktop).
3. Open an activity
4. Press keys ctrl+escape.
5. Verify the activity is quiting.
ctrl+u - show source (can be tested in browse)
1. Power on OLPC
2. Wait for the activity ring (Desktop).
3. Press keys fn+space.
4. Verify the source is shown.
fn+space - show source
1. Power on OLPC
2. Wait for the activity ring (Desktop).
3. Open the browser. (Web page)
3. Press keys ctrl+u.
4. Verify the page source is shown.
Actual Result:
Non of the functions are working.
Expected Result:
When user Press keys,
ctrl+escape - should quit the activity
ctrl+u - should show source (can be tested in browse)
fn+space - should show source
