Include Year in git.sugarlabs.org dates

The tree view currently shows DD mmm HH:MM only,
The overview shows DDDD MMMM DD only.

It's hard to judge age without the year.

How about DD mmm HH:MM YYYY for the tree view, and
dddd DD mmmm YYYY for the overviews (HH:MM are on the sub elements).

We need to update to latest Gitorious, which has plenty of usability improvements. It's a little tricky, thou.

If someone would like to help me on this, I'll provide a VM for experimenting.

For trees I add commit date (in ISO format). In other places, it seems that new Gitorious show full dates.

Looks good, mostly. The Created: date in Project information still lacks a year.

Also, it would be helpful to have the Tag links sorted in descending order (most recent at top). Same for Branches (although having master first is good).
