TimeLapse-2 gives no progress output during Time Lapse Collection

Description
Progress output during Time Lapse Collection would be of benefit to users unfamiliar with the normal operation of the activity.
During Time Lapse Collection nothing appears to happen, except the camera LED lights up. When collection is stopped using the End button, and the activity terminated normally, the journal contains an ogv file which plays correctly when opened by Browse.

The activity depends on libglade. So first it must be ported to GTK3+.
