All activity pages on ASLO should provide links to trac and git

Description
The activity submission page:
http://activities.sugarlabs.org/en-US/developers/addon/submit
should provide required fields for a trac component and git URL and that information should be displayed on the activity's page so that it is clear where to report bugs and submit patches.
This would have saved me a lot of time trying to find the correct place to submit at patch for XOlympics. After much searching, I determined that the best I could do was to submit a trac ticket with a component of ActivityTeam. As far as I can tell there is no public source repository for XOlympics, and there is no way to contact the user (Fang) who submitted it.
