Journal - missing icons for clipboard

When journal item is copied to clipboard some icons are not present, although space is allocated and the pop up menu for the item does function.

So far, the missing icons are for:
Python Script Clipping
Turtle Art Clipping

Both of these do show an icon (page with 4 squares) when 'kept'.

how do you get those clippings in the first place?
