First right click after start-up on XO home icon shows palette menu in top left of screen

Description
Joyride 2573, XO hardware.
After a reboot/start-up, without moving the cursor, right clicking to get to the home XO palette (settings, restart, shutdown, register) will show the palette in the top left of the screen

Just tested joyride 2610 on XO, looks good, palette appears correctly next to cursor.

Gary, do you still see this in recent joyride (e.g. 2605) ?
