Description
Scroll bars in the main browser area are showing up in an odd, non Sugar theme. Not sure but suspect this is related to the change a few Browse releases back which reverted the inline html form widgets (input buttons, search boxes etc) back to the default (and away from a custom sugar look that needs a bunch more work to look reasonable in a browser).

I'll have a stab at this, along with a better Sugar like theme for html form widgets. Should be an isolated enough item for me to hack on without slowing anyone else down.
