Description

To reproduce
Change jabber name to nothing.
Result- no one in the neighborhood
Change jabber server back to jabber.sugarlabs.org
Result still no one
Reboot
People are back.

It used to tell you you needed to reboot. Its should either work without reboot or prompt you to reboot.
