Port to new tube API

Description

We are working on a new D-Bus API for tubes. This new API is more flexible and coherent with the rest of the Telepathy API. This is still a draft for now and, as part of the undrafting process, I ported Read to use it.

This shouldn't be merged while the API is a draft.

Note that this branch depends on #757.

Is the new API compatible with the stuff that is shipped on F11 (eg Sugar 0.84 systems) ?

Presumably something Tomeu will be looking at as he focuses on collaboration in the coming months. Would we have time to make this change and test it for 0.88? Guessing not.
