Description
this has been identified and reported upstream: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=491083
unless this gets fixed, we might consider reverting back to an older version of xorg-x11-drv-openchrome.
I recall Elena had some tweaked xorg file around, though.

The workaround I use is to open a terminal /var/log/Xorg.0.log: near the beginning it lists the configuration that has been autodetected and it is using; I copy that to /etc/X11/xorg.conf and remove the sections and lines related to openchrome. I have attached the resulting xorg.conf, so that it could be easily downloaded in place. This also works around fedora bug 475896 that is giving me a wrong screen resolution, but is probably slower, since it uses the vesa driver.
An alternative that works around this bug is to add the SWCursor option to the openchrome section of the configuration found in /var/log/Xorg.0.log as in the xorg.conf attached to upstream bug.

This is actively being worked on: the fix has already been committed upstream and we'll get a new RPM package soonish. The maintainer says he's just waiting for another fix to include before pushing this out. Still hoping that we get this in time for the next release...

We are seeing this bug on the computers in library Lila Fredrick School where we plan to have kids trying SoaS and making videos this summer.
Summer session starts July 7th. It would be great to have a fix by Mid June so we could get these computers set up and tested.

A new rpm has been submitted for testing yesterday: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/xorg-x11-drv-openchrome-0.2.903-11.fc11
Can people with the hardware please test and report the results upstream. If we have 3 karma points together this package gets submitted for an update and we can include it in the build.

The related upstream update has been pushed, so this should be fixed. Please reopen if it isn't.
