Description
Observed on SoaS 30.
The Sugar theme cursors for pointer (on links), text, resize, and almost all other except the default are not used.
This is most noticeable in Browse, but also may also be seen in the Log Activity for example whilst resizing the text area.

This problem is still present in SoaS 32 (Fedora-SoaS-Live-x86_64-32-1.6.iso).
