home view search result disrupted by bundle install

Reproducer:

• start the Browse activity,
• open activities.sugarlabs.org,
• begin a download of an activity,
• return to the home view activity ring using f3 key,
• type 'term' to begin a search for the Terminal activity,
• observe all icons are marked insensitive, and the search entry changes to Terminal,
• wait without further action for download to complete.

Observed result:

• the Physics icon in the home view loses insensitive marking, implying it is part of the search results,

Expected result:

• no change to search results.

I worked as per your guidance but didn't found any bug (as you told term will change to terminal but that actually didn't happen).

Ensure the Terminal activity is installed and try again. Do not proceed with the reproducer unless the search entry in home view changes to Terminal.

The problem continues to reproduce for me, so if you can't reproduce it there must be some difference in your environment.
