GtkTreeView row coloring regressing (again)

Description

The GtkTreeView background has regressed to being all white instead of having the row coloring on Gtk 3.19.1 (Fedora 24 rawhide).

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open log activity
  2. Look at the list
