Description
https://alt.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/stage/23_Beta_RC1/Live/i386/Fedora-Live-SoaS-i686-23_Beta-1.iso booted in a VM.
No pop out frame until contolpanel/frame is changed/restarted. Tar file of logs, initial boot in 1442591640, then the restart in shell.logs, might be related to #4835. I note that the volume control can't be altered after the restart but unsure of the root cause.

Was able to alter volume control and logging of "ALSA lib pulse.c:243:(pulse_connect) PulseAudio: Unable to connect: Connection refused" went away after installing 'pulseaudio-module-gconf' via dnf.

sugar grew an dependency on sugar-backgrounds hidden by os-builder[1], which is not available in fedora proper[2].
tar file of .sugar/default/logs
