Read opens journal entries that aren't really readable

When picking a book, read gives options to select any journal entry, including those that could never be read as a book, like the terminal activity entries. When you do open those, you get what looks like a JSON representation of the activity.

This isn't really helpful and was confusing, to me at least. I think read shouldn't show journal entries that were created by other activities.
