Description
Browse seems to not deal correctly with UTF8 JSON files.
Step to reproduce:
- Got to http://download.kiwix.org:8080/wikipedia_es_all_2015-04/
- in the searchbox, load "Bogota'
- You get a 404 error
If you use a modern browser, it works, the article about Bogota is loaded.
Tested with "Trisquel Sugar TOAST" from "Trisquel 7.0 LTS Belenos"
