Digital Clock mode draws does not resize to an 800x600 screen

Description
Versions: Clock-15, Sugar 0.104, Fedora 22 Final Test Candidate 3.
- Run Sugar on a computer or emulator with the screen size set to 800x600 (standard 96 dpi).
- Start the Clock activity.
- Switch to Digital mode. Note that the HH:MM:SS{AM/PM} display goes beyond the edges of the display.
