Sugar Doesn't Quit and gets stuck

Description

To Reproduce The Bug:

  1. Open the sugar module
  2. run chat box > stop chat box
  3. run clock

Now When trying to stop the clock, sugar gets stuck and doesn't quit even when clicking stop button multiple times. The normal Alt + Shift + Q combination of buttons to quit the software also doesnt work and hae to quit the module switching the tab and forcibally stopping the script..
(Also had, some other sugar apps running along)

Fixed by Quozl's force quitting patch series, including ​https://github.com/sugarlabs/sugar/commit/85451d221a7fb1be1d9165bb785f61166c7047e6
