Description

probably a control panel section that allows entering a connection protocol, server, user and password, etc

This would probably be very similar to empathy's accounts dialog. Maybe it would be worth to wait for MC5's new account management API though.

Pushing out to 0.90, needs design work and perhaps a clearer description of a real world use case for how a child would use this.
