Activity updater do not show message when not connected to internet

Description

Testing the activity updater (with the microformat backend) in the AU1B images, and connected to the mesh (then without internet available),
the updater show a message "All the activities are updated".

The true is never downloaded the wiki page, because is not connected. In the log, show a line:

WARNING microformat: Failed to read update info: HTTP error code 2

Would be good show a message to the user, suggesting connect to the internet.
