Window should go to full screen as i click in any portion of screen

Description
while using any activity, when i scroll my cursor to any corner of screen then the screen that pops up should revert to its original position when i click to any other portion of the screen. this enhancement should be made in the sugar.

Changing this could be very complicate, because the 'click' event is in fact captured by other processes (activities)
