Description

I have completed a complete overhaul of the ht_HT locale as proposed in the SLOBs thread on "funding work on Haitian Kreyol". The locale revision has been committed to the 2.19 version of glibc.

As a pro bono bonus, I have also completed and submitted the quz_PE locale that I have had in draft form for a while. This has also been committed to the 2.19 version of glibc.

I would like to submit a request for reimbursement in the amount discussed and approved on the SLOBs list. ($300) from the TripAdvisor L10n grant.
