Jukebox playlist confuses item numbering after deletion

Description
Jukebox-30 (as well as -29 in OLPC 13.2.0 os3) confuses item numbering after deleting an item.
- Add two items to an empty playlist in Jukebox
- Delete the first.
- The first item will be labeled as #2
- Add a new item. It also will be labled as #2 (or whatever the last item in the list is already numbered if there are more entries).
