CP, language section: list is not scrollable the first time

Description

  • go to CP, open the language section
  • click on the language drop down (combo box)

---> you can scroll upwards but not downwards (no scroll arrows are displayed)

  • close the drop down
  • open it again

---> now, I can as well scroll down (no scroll arrows are displayed)

(seen on the XO os32 and sugar-build)
