MySettings/Software Update does not run in sugar-desktop 0.98.3
Installed to VirtualBox with
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/anaconda/anaconda-19.6-2-DVD.iso

We need to make sure Fedora pulls from the correct repo. The version in your f19 beta is using an old version of the code.
