Description
Not sure about this, its not clear what the names of the palettes are for the palette block, maybe list them in the tooltip:
'selects a palette: turtle, pen, colors, ???, flow, .....'

I display the palette name whenever the palette is selected (in Sugar, on the view toolbar), in GNOME, in the window title. Hope that is sufficient. (TB v187)
