Hovering MenuItems removes the border line

Description

Steps to reproduce it:

  1. Right click on the central Buddy
  2. Hover the menu items

Issue:

After hovering and un-hover the items the left / right border line disappear

Expected behaviour:

Keep the border line

Good work! It's a r+ for me. Works properly. Tested on XO-4 build 18 and sugar-build.
