Selecting/Deselecting particular activities doesn't work in "Software Update"

Description
This prevents from "choosing" what-to-install and what-not-to-install

TestCase:
- go to My Settings -> Software Update
- wait, a list of updateable activities appears, all selected
- click on a checkbox to unselect one activity

Thanks, pushed. BTW, a more appropriate place for sugar-update-control bugs is dev.laptop.org - until we bring this functionality into Sugar itself, hopefully soon :)
