Description
Evince can open cbr and cbz files but we don't have dependencies to decompress rar files or the zip package (needed to process cbz files). More info in upstream ticket [1]
Developers in evince say they plan work in decompress using libraries instead of the binaries. Then we can try open theses type of files again.

Added CBZ support for gci ages ago. https://github.com/godiard/read-activity/commit/75e179104982feffba282277cf8c68c49e73cd7c
No support for rars (CBR) files. CBR files would be pretty cool though. Hopefully it is a smaller task to add CBR support now we have CBZ
