The Browse reload page button (in the right side of URL input field) does not reload the page when either clicked or touched. The mouse cursor icon does momentarily change to a busy icon, but no reload happens.
Steps to reproduce:
1) start Browse
2) visit a web page, e.g. wiki.sugarlabs.org
3) click or tap the page reload button inside the URL widget
Results:
The page does not reload
Expectations:
The page should reload from the server
Notes:
As a work around, you can reload the page by tapping in the URL to edit it, making no changes, and then pressing return.
