Steps to reproduce:
- download epub with images: http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/24571.epub.images
- resume in Read
---> the first page shows a blue 'phone', I can not scroll from that page, tapping on the right side of the screen does bring me to the next page, then scrolling works

Hmm, I actually do see a scrollbar on the first page but still can not scroll. According to you should not see a scrollbar if this is #3860.
