Description
Attempted to "Commit to VCS" ScratchConnect.po in etoys project
http://translate.sugarlabs.org/en/etoys_new/ScratchConnect.po?view_mode=translate
Got the following error:

I believe this is occurring in all languages for this PO file.
This may be a PO file that is new to eToys and would need to be added via the backend, but I'm not sure.

Closing as obsolete. Will revisit when we a) recover eToys on Pootle and b) work on reconnecting Pootle and VCS
